It is our Parish tradition to cook pancakes at the front of the church on Shrove Tuesday, to give away to passers by. Volunteer helpers who can give any time between 2.30pm and 6pm, can sign on to the list on the table at the back of the church or email annie@stmatthews.org.nz
We know we will have enough people to help on the day, but it would be good to know how many beforehand. So sign up if you can, it will be fun.
If you aren’t able to help on the day, we would appreciate a donation of lemons. Bring them into the church office anytime between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, between now and Shrove Tuesday.
