CONGRATULATIONS TO JESSICA JI
Jessica has been awarded the University of Auckland Top Achiever Scholarship. The University received 2500 applications from extremely talented students all over NZ, and the award to Jessica recognises her exceptional ability and outstanding achievements.
Jessica is learning the organ here at St Matthew’s, under the tutelage of Paul Chan, and also is one of our Servers, so we join with her family in feeling proud and delighted at her achievement in gaining this Scholarship.
CREATION SEASON
If you missed any of the Creation season material check out the videos on our website. Part of the Zoom discussion included making a commitment to make a small change in our habits of energy use and/or transport, food and/or waste. To track our change between now and Sunday November 15, when we look back and celebrate the journey taken together. It would be great to ‘document’ this in images, so take photos as you do that change you thought you’d like to try and send them to Cate.
