SUNDAYS IN LENT

The earth is God’s and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it (Psalm 24)
In Lent 2019 we want to explore our connection to the earth.
Lent is an earthy time – Jesus spent 40 days in the wilderness,
and we spend 40 days renewing our spiritual focus and preparing for Easter.
This year we would like to learn from other traditions and have invited speakers to respond to these questions:
* what is your foundational creation narrative?
* what does this tell you about the way to be human in the world and to be connected to the earth?
These will be after church sessions 11.30am-12.30pm with time for discussion
